IRS & state notices can be exhausting and complicated to deal with. Rarely do our clients even have to talk to the IRS. We handle it all for you so that you don’t have to take time off your business. No lost income or wages. Just send us the notice once you receive it and we will handle it from A to Z

When taxes are not paid the IRS will establish a lien against all of your assets. A lien can be downright miserable and will prevent you from doing things such as: getting loans or a credit card, buying or selling property, opening a bank account. The IRS can seize your assets at will (especially real estate). Even your credit starts deteriorating

A levy is the actual seizure of your assets by the IRS or state agencies to pay for any tax you owe. You may also become subject to a wage levy – your wages are automatically garnished to pay for taxes you owe and they come out of your paycheck; leaving you with less to fend for yourself

You can settle your debt with the IRS for pennies on the dollar. Offer in compromise program is for taxes that have been incorrectly assessed or for taxes that the taxpayer can never afford to pay. It is possible to eliminate taxes you owe, including interest and penalties, at an enormous discount

If you don’t qualify for the offer in compromise, a payment plan with the IRS is the way to go. It will give you more time to pay the taxes you owe. Unfortunately, interest will still continue to tick. The good news is that we may be able to get the penalties removed

You’ve filed your taxes, but you didn’t pay. This can add up quickly as the tax authorities pile on interest and penalties. Luckily, we can pursue several options to resolve this issue

It’s a criminal offense to not file your taxes. Voluntarily filing your delinquent taxes will usually get you off the hook with only interest and penalties. If you wait for the IRS, they will fill out your tax return; with little to no deductions that you are entitled to. First, all overdue tax returns must be filed. Then we can pursue various options for the tax owed

The IRS will pursue unpaid payroll taxes vigorously since it is tied to your employees and is tantamount to stealing from them. Penalties from such offences are very severe. Sales taxes are subject to similar treatment. It is critical that you talk to a professional immediately
